A downloadable game for Windows

Hello, thank you for your interest in this project ! Here are some things you should know before downloading !

I/ This student project was made as a group of 15 students, with 8 in the core team working daily, in the following fields : 

  • 7 *Game Designers
  • 2*Programmers
  • 2*Animators
  • 4*3D artists

II/ Technical details

The game was developed on Unreal Engine 4.27 and the production lasted 8months. We only used the Blueprint scripting system and no C++ was added. Can be played with keyboard and mouse or Xbox/PS4 controller.

III/ Game purpose 

As an exiled, you must fulfill the quest tasked by your creators to redeem yourself and gain eternal rest.  

Armed with your sword and the help of divinities, you will triumph in battle and achieve your goals.

IV/ All feedback is appreciated !

As a student project, the game could contain bugs or placeholders in various parts of the game. We would be grateful for any feedback, advice or new ideas that you may have !

Hello, I played like 30min and I have some feedbacks and questions:

  • I have a shiny skin, but the real skin is not shiny like that, you should decrease the smoothness
  • Animations are too rigid, there is no transitions so it feel like we are playing a robot.
  • The hand is not animated, so it feel like we are paralyzed.
  • The moon in the menu is cropped.
  • Some keys are not explains or/and not retargetable.
  • I was stuck in a minigame (the one in the crypt) and I was forced to restart the game
  • Enemies are way to simple: they travels in a straight line and bump each others. maybe you should implement a navigation mesh, an A* or smth like this.
  • I don't understand why I should use a mask: combats are fine without because we don't need to fight everyone.
  • There is nice vegetation (grass, trees) in the very first scene, but the temple area is full of nothing in the ground, it's kinda sad.
